p998 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. p998 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. p998 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform, which vary by payment method. p998 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. 6.1 p998 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Balance. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Any real-money Balance remaining after Bonus Funds are forfeited or expire is unaffected.
6.3 p998 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, p998's decision is final.

12.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, p998 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, p998 may forfeit all or part of the Balance in accordance with these Terms.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting p998 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.4 Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
